Years ago a man from Thames Water knocked on the door and asked if he could look at everything that used water in our house to advise on saving water. He fitted a little device on the kitchen tap which can be swivelled so you can direct the flow exactly where you want it. Google tells me it's called a tap aerator and means you get stronger flow with less water, which would explain why it was provided for water-saving purposes, but I absolutely love it. When I go to my Mum's I really miss it. So that would be my must have item.

bluesatin · 21/05/2025 08:33
