What's for breakfast on this sunny Sunday morning?

Probably eggs and avocado for me - already had a big coffee ☕

Weetabix & chopped banana with a bit of honey on top. Two large coffees☕️ 😊

Bacon sandwich with brown sauce, brought to me in bed by DP. Lots of tea. The cat usually gets a little corner of bacon then to lick any butter from the plate.

I am at the train station on a convoluted trip to London so coffee shop cappuccino and warm banana bread.

I made some oat and berry muffins which were delicious

Scrambled eggs on potato and rosemary sourdough toast

I had a Twirl. Oops. Will have a croissant when Sainsbos delivery gets here.

Scrambled eggs, bacon medallions, hash browns and sausages. Plenty of ketchup. Plenty of Yorkshire tea!

I had a cheese and honey sandwich and a cup of peppermint tea first thing. I have just popped a frozen home made cheese scone into the oven with the flapjacks I have made and have cooking, so I'm going to have that in a minute.

I had eggy bread with mushrooms on.
Unfortunately didn’t fill me up so I also had one of the kids crepes with Nutella.
Still hungry to be honest 😂

I had a handful of grapes and blueberries and a plum with half a bottle of huel. I have cancer so don’t often have much of an appetite first thing, but also have a narrow window when I can eat because I have to take my treatment late morning.

Dh has eaten nothing. Dc claim to have had a pain au chocolat each, but there is no evidence of that (we only have one and it’s currently on the counter uneaten), so not really sure what they’ve actually had.

Currently on an all inclusive holiday In Tenerife, so absolutely everything!

DP is a tad delicate this morning & still “recovering”, so I have had Greek yoghurt w/ berries & almonds. Am considering coffee & toast shortly……

Just st about to have a bacon roll, as just got back from the shop,

defrosted frozen cherries, a protein yoghurt and protein granola. I have the same breakfast every day unless I’m away for work (then it’s still usually a pret mango sunshine thingy)
