I hope he is ok he is also selling his Manhattan house which is stunning but alot smaller.

I imagine those town houses being hard on the legs. Constantly thinking 'where did I leave my glasses?' and having to trot down/up several flights of stairs only to remember they were on the top of my head all along.

But it is beautiful.

I love how the styling of the house did not extend to the patio gardens 😁 I think the photos were taken early March so the plants aren't looking their best anyway, but the furniture from at least 4 different sets round one table... He's just as unorganised with his garden as the rest of us!

Although, def agree about the bath. It kind of stood out as being all wrong, when everything else just felt very tasteful and cosy/fitting. A beautiful roll top bath would have been a better feature in the middle of the bathroom.

The floorplan is a bit confusing to me too?!

House prices have gone so crazy that when I see an incredible house in London for less than £5,000,000, it seems good value!

I saw it on Rightmove the other day after I saw a news article that it had been listed - it is absolutely stunning 😍As is his NY one. He has very good taste.

The yard is small and looks dark - you probably don't get much sun in it. So the main sunny garden is the shared bit. Also the layout is a bit odd with a bedroom on the ground floor rather than a reception room. Just looks a bit - "we need a 4th bedroom to maximise the value so lets stick one here".

I wonder where his main base will be if he's selling London and NY?

It's a beautiful house, but that view down the stairs really gives me the willies !!!!

I wonder if he will be like everyone else and move to the Cotswolds?
