Life Force Conciousness Activation etc

Going down a rabbit hole on Facebook, I found myself at a post that starts like this:

"I work with energy in its full spectrum. Each modality I transmit - Kundalini Activation, Life Force Energy, and Non-Dual Consciousness - has its own distinct essence, yet they all lead to the same truth: deeper embodiment, expansion, and alignment with what is already within you."

In case you were wondering, "Kundalini Activation ignites transformation. It moves through you like an intelligent current, dissolving what no longer serves, rewiring your system, and awakening dormant capacities." (It continues in this vein for some time, without enlightening us any further, which is a bit ironic.)

Apparently you can pay this person to help you "shift beyond blocks" and "step into new levels of inspiration and authentic leadership". I didn't find promises to "synchronise your chakras" or "elevate your cosmic energy vibration frequency", but I'm sure that's available if you ask nicely.

Does anyone know anybody like this in real life? Do they make money? I assume the target market is rich bored narcissists who want to be told how great they are. It appears to be just bollocks (and possibly dangerous bollocks, if they are working with people who need actual psychotherapy), but I wonder if the people pushing it are out-and-out charlatans who come home and kick back with a Lambrini and a Big Mac after a session (they usually claim to be vegans in the advertising), or if they genuinely believe in all this.

"life force consciousness activation" sounds like what the average LinkedIn user would call waking up.

interesting, I often wonder this myself, I guess they could be either
have you seen the Detectorists? there's a character in it who has a 'new age shop' which she stocks with boxes of assorted 'new age stuff' that she gets from a wholesaler- I think she's just a charlatan

but there's a lot of stupid self deluded people in the world with poor critical thinking skills so I guess some of them believe it

I completely believe in a kundalini awakening having had one myself. No drugs, no guru, no life coach, no meditation.
Just a simple spontaneous kundalini awakening.
Professor Steve Taylor from Leeds Beckett university has been studying it for many years and has books about it on Amazon.
My only understanding is it's some kind of opening of a part of the brain which gives you a DMT Rush for however long.
In my case it was 18 months solid.
It was amazing.
I didn't believe in a God before that but afterwards, absolutely.
And yes I went to Harley Street and spoke with psychiatrists about it and they said there was nothing mentally wrong with me.
Each to their own.
I found out three years later that the same thing happened to my aunt about 30 years ago.
