Poor Miley. She didn't have much of a chance with two crazy parents. Mum just married the guy Dominic Purcell from Prison Break allegedly taking up with him after her daughter Noah dated him . And Daddy Billy Ray seems to have gone nasty with his last girlfriend . But maybe Liz just fancies a bit of rough for awhile . Good for her.
