Well, depending on how generous people are feeling I would like the following please:

£££ - new electric garage door to replace our current battered and ancient one.

££ - new carpets in bedrooms

£ - a slow cooker

A new flat roof over the downstairs loo and new taps, oh and a super secure un badgerable fence ( keep the buggers off me lawn)

I’ll do a gift exchange, I love decluttering and getting rid of ‘stuff’ in exchange will you please wipe down my doors and skirting boards? Where does the grubbiness come from ?

Garden needs turning over, and the oven could do with a clean. That would be the dream.

Me too, it's getting urgent and we've no more spare money.

New flooring in the entrance hall
New worktop and integrated sink. I don’t mind keeping the one in the utility room though.
Someone to buy and plant loads of shrubs and plants to finish my garden. And find me a beautiful amelanchier tree.

Not much really - new kitchen, log burner for lounge, new internal oak doors, and maybe a new en-suite if the gift giver is feeling generous 😆

A damp-proof course

Rewire attic. Replaster and repaint attic rooms.
Project manage the bathroom replacement project for me.
Hang pictures tastefully around whole house.
Repaint stairs and new bannister. Repaint living room. Heatproof paint inside the chimney where the log burner is in a subtle but contrasting colour.
Touch up dodgy plaster in kitchen. Replace kitchen radiator. Repaint kitchen. Reseal the joins in the quartz worktops.
Declutter cellar and relevant trips to tip and donation place.
Clear dead things from front garden and let me garden it from there.
