Does the NHS put a mark/flag?

Hi,
im just curious if anyone knows the answer to this. So I’ve been quite ill over this year with my asthma, upper respiratory infections etc & that has resulted in a lot of calls to 111. I’ve been given quite a few GP appointments, appointments at walk in centres & paramedics have come out. Antibiotics weren’t working, I kept having severe asthma attacks and 111 was called an awful lot over the months.
i wasn’t wasting any time and genuinely needed medical help but I’m just wondering if because ive rang 111 so much, there’s like a mark next to my name or a flag that ive called lots or something? Is there a limit?
im just curious
thanks

You can see your appointments history on your nhs app.
I imagine the only ‘mark/flag’ would be added if you booked appointments and then not attended them.

There's no mark, but the records will show the number of contacts and consultations

111 sends reports to your GP, as do hospitals and walk in centres

Asthmatics with a lot of call outs, prescriptions and consultations, like a lot of people with chronic conditions, may get contacted by the surgery for a review of your condition and how your regular meds can be tweaked to optimise control

There's no 'limit' as such and you won't be barred from using the service too much

I saw a copy of a 111 report that was sent to my GP and at the top it said something like ‘frequent caller’ or something similar. I was quite surprised as I think I’ve only contacted 111 a few times over the last 4/5 years!

Hospital records have alerts on them. Usually for things like DV, agreesivevpatiebt , children on at risk register types of thing. They usually have an alert for cancer patients so they may have an alert for asthmatics. It's purely for staff to recognise any problems that might arise.

Ex 111 employee here - The 111 system does put a frequent caller banner when people who ring regularly call up. I can’t remember what the freehold was though
