Are you going to get the COVID vac for spring

Just had a text message from the NHS saying I can book a COVID vac as I'm on a list for having cancer 5 years ago. I've not heard of any people I know getting COVID but I'm not saying it's not still around.
Are you having it.

I’m undecided. I wasn’t invited for ages, then was offered it alongside my flu jab back in October. Felt lousy the next day. I’m a bit torn whether to have it again (I got my text last week)

most people I know seem to feel worse from the injection than the infection.
Never understood why it's worth it for most people

Personally, no. However, my adult son has the regular covid jabs. When he caught covid last summer, despite vaccinations, it was a nightmare trying to get him the antivirals since he’s nil by mouth. Ended up in hospital having IV antivirals but that’s still preferable to covid symptoms.
