Run. I would never run in any circumstances, ever

Picklepower · 02/04/2025 21:28

Waking up at 5am ever. Alcohol

AnneLovesGilbert · 02/04/2025 21:31

I couldn’t eat meat or fish. Veggie till I die.

Running, I see I’m in good company.

I've said else thread that (to paraphrase Carlton Heston) the medics can prise my cold dead hands off my bottle of very good red wine.

I'm not giving it up for anyone. I'm in my 70 s. So telling me it just might kill me just makes me laugh.

TheeNotoriousPIG · 02/04/2025 21:58
  1. Going to the gym. I have been twice in my life. Never again!
  2. Running. I do not run... except in emergencies, like when I had to retrieve livestock from the local bus stop.

I’d also never eat meat, can’t do the guilt.

Would never give up my animals,

abracadabra1980 · 02/04/2025 22:03

Live with another man, ever again. I have discovered solitude and it is utter bliss.
Not live with an animal.
Give up bread, or tea.

Give up tea

Exactly this

orangewasp · 02/04/2025 22:19

Exercise- it's too much effort and boring. I'm generally active so that will have to do.

Uppitymuppity · 02/04/2025 23:22

Jogging/running

LBFseBrom · 02/04/2025 23:24

Seek medical advice if I had a choice.

blueshoes · 02/04/2025 23:34

Give up crisps, biscuits, pot noodles, ice cream or other ultra-processed foods.

blueshoes · 02/04/2025 23:35

Be sociable, even though it is protective against dementia. I'd rather die.

Sensation sweet chilli crisps dipped into a beef and tomato pot noodle, is my ultimate comfort food 😂

Thisshirtisonfire · 02/04/2025 23:57

Go to bed at 7pm every night as routine and get up at 4am every morning.
In fact I'd not even do 9pm to 6am to be frank. I'd be miserable. I'd live longer maybe but I'd hate it.
Also eat celery. It's grim.
I like most foods but celery is utterly disgusting.
I couldn't abide controlling everything either.
I watched that documentary about the guy who's trying to live forever and sort of become his son... and I just thought what a miserable existence that would be for me. He obviously loves it so good for him. But I'm not sure many people could tolerate living on that schedule with that diet.
