Apologies for my name... I promise I am a vegetarian!
Name suggestions :
Daisy
Clover
Primrose.

That name made me guffaw! 🤣

They look gorgeous, just need fattening up for a few weeks. I love spring lamb.

There’s always one who thinks that they’re being witty and original when they’re anything but.

Farmers usually take one off when it's triplets. Is she supplementing with bottles?

DinoLil · 02/04/2025 15:07

Awwwwww!! Ewe are not BU!

HundredPercentUnsure · 02/04/2025 15:09

I clicked on your thread blazing, prepared to berate you for over-sharing of your next door neighbour's triplets and something scathing about privacy...

...and then I saw and they melted me 🥰

Can we swap neighbours?

DramaAlpaca · 02/04/2025 15:14

Awww! I grew up next door to a farm and perching on top of a farm gate watching the new lambs was one of my favourite things in spring. So cute.

Gorgeous!!! 😍

Meanwhile, we've got a bunch of cockerels living next door (also rural, not in a city centre apartment or anything).

And no I'm not one of these who complains about country noises and smells - I love living rurally and enjoy (almost) everything that comes with it! But every single morning at 5am the bloody things start crowing😂It wouldn't be so bad if they understood the difference between weekdays and weekends!

Fields near me are full of lambs right now plus there is a field of alpacas about a 25 min walk away.

Did they change times when the clocks changed?!!!

Mum is doing well if she’s got enough milk for triplets.

I took the photo in the first post on Monday and the lambs are still with her today and getting bigger and fluffier so seems like she’s managing well.

Other triplets haven’t arrived yet but there are a good few singletons. Two have been abandoned by their mums, but are doing well in foster care (when I was chatting to the farmer he was bottle-feeding one 🥰)
