Beef shin ragu.

A truly fabulous slow cooked stew with lots of veggies. Try going Korean with ginger, soy and gochujang.

Thanks both!

As above, or if it's already slow cooked - put in a noodle stirfry with lots of ginger.

How was the shin cooked? Is is something you can stuff in/under pastry and describe as a pie? Or do you have spare, raw shin?

Pie?
Meat and tatie pie?
Add cooked onions will be yummy.

Hot beef baps, fried onions and thick thick gravy. Few roasties on the side for moping up gravy.
We have a variation of this most Mondays.

Stifado if uncooked as yet, or meat pie if leftover cooked meat. If it's already cooked, and you're pressed for time, heat through and serve with gnocchi or tagliatelle.

Another vote for ragu. Marks and Spencer’s are currently doing a beef shin and chianti filled pasta and it is amazing. I’d emulate it for every meal if I could haha.

Lots of Chinese or Korean spices and piled on top of wedges with a sprinkle of cheese and a scattering of chilli & spring onion for spicy dirty fries
