When you come back from holiday abroad....

Do you tend to go back to work immediately the next day? Or do you take another day of Annual Leave just to relax at home?

Optimise AL. In the next day if needed.

If it’s long haul, I’ll have a day off before returning back. If short haul, likely not unless I arrive back in the UK suuuuper late or early hours of the morning. I also think it depends on the type of work you do. I work in mental health.

An extra day always. I need a quiet day to relax before getting back to work. Holidays aren't relaxing because children.

I always time it so return falls on Friday or Sat 😁
