What’s your absolute favourite cake or treat

I’m planning cakes for market in a couple of weeks and am looking for some ideas of what to make. What would you buy?

My friend’s mum used to buy Hummingbird Cake from a bakery in Clapham when we were kids, I think it had crushed pineapple in it. I still think about it 30+ years later 😅

A well risen plain scone. Simple but delicious.
