Cool and interesting short break for post GCSE

Want to take my DD away for 3/4 nights after GCSEs are finished - DH will be working and DD2 will still be at school, so keen to have a bit of 1:1 time with DD1 and treat her post exams.

we've done a few city breaks around Europe (paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Copenhagen , Oslo, Venice) over the years so looking for somewhere new, somewhere she will think is cool

i asked her what she wants to do and she says she wants somewhere to relax. She jokes that every trip we take involves lots of sightseeing that she moans about at the time but always speaks very positively about afterwards.

I want it to be a special trip that she will always remember as a cool thing she and I did together.

any suggestions?

I did wonder about Spain as she is doing GCSE Spanish, but where?!

I've been thinking the same for dd after A'levels. Was thinking of Valencia, Porto, Lisbon. Berlin has a 'cool' reputation, although it's not somewhere I'm keen on. Dd fancies Copenhagen - is that worth a visit?

Lisbon is great, lots to see, good nightlife and you can visit Cascais/Sintra. Also pretty cheap once you're there.
I Love Berlin but I studied German to degree level and am a bit of a history nerd. Madrid has some fantastic galleries
What are her interests?

We all loved Copenhagen. Really easy metro from airport to city centre. Compact so easy to get around. We went in winter and loved it. It would be even lovelier in summer. Would recommend

She is into art and history. Fashion. So somewhere a bit trendy would be perfect.
