Help me remember what to do for fun at weekends

It's a nice position to be in, but my husband wants to give me an afternoon off every weekend where he takes the kids (6+2) out for a few hours.
I appreciate it, but have realised I've basically forgotten what to do. Have spent the latest one lying on the sofa scrolling on my phone.
What do you do with your free time, if you get any, at the weekends? All my friends are arms deep in little kids so it's really hard to see anyone alone. Can anyone suggest some hobbies or just nice things to do, probably solo, at the weekend?

Solo cinema trip, take a nice walk somewhere, go and have coffee on your own , swimming.

Go for a walk, stoping for lunch/a coffee.
Visit a National Trust property or similar.
Go to a yoga/exercise class.
Drive/bus/train to an area you’ve never been to before & wander round the high street.
Go to the cinema or theatre matinée.

Exercise, cinema, sleeping, reading, watching a film. Not doing housework

I enjoy pottering in the garden and/or going to the garden centre. When it's a bit warmer I lie in the hammock and listen to the birds.
Bit of crochet. Read the paper and do the crossword (also involves a bit of a walk as I've to go and buy the paper first).
Go for a walk or a run.

Basically anything other than doing the housework.

Maybe see if other dh’s can do the same so you can be ‘ladies that lunch’ .

Go to a matinee/evening show - theatre, cinema etc.

Find a bookclub to join

Take up a new (or resume an old) hobby - netball, sailing, running,

Go to talks or workshops at National Trust/English heritage properties,

I like going to a cafe and people watching for a bit or reading my book. I stick my headphones in and listen to music, sip my latte, might treat myself to a bit of cake. We have a nice cafe locally that’s got great views over the fields and is a popular dog walking/bicycling route so loads of people pottering about.

I go swimming, again I listen to my music, have a waterproof MP3 player so I just swim up and down for as long as I can manage and zone out everything around me.

Sometimes a bit of gardening or when the weather is dry and warm I have my hammock set up so less gardening and more snoozing in the sun swaying in my hammock.

Basically I do quiet stuff where no one is asking me for anything or gabbing nonsense at me or grabbing at me.
