Does anyone use a nose dilator to improve breathing and reduce snoring?

I think I would benefit from using one of these as I think my nostrils collapse inwards and I end up breathing through my mouth.
I've been having a look online and some of them have to be replaced very regularly and therefore cost a huge amount so I don't think I'd be interested in those.
Any suggestions or advice appreciated.

I've only seen them on sponsored Facebook ads, which immediately puts me off. The reviews looked like not reviews.

That should be 'Bot' not 'not'

I haven't but I'm interested, can you link please?
have you tried the breathe right nose strips? I have oily skin so they won't stick for longer than twenty minutes but that twenty minutes of being able to properly breathe is heavenly

I’ve used the Breathe Right nose strips as I have very narrow nostrils and can only usually breathe through one nostril at any given time - they work OK.
Never tried dilators.

Never tried, but following for tips, because it might prevent me murdering DH in the night because of his snoring.

My husband tried the cpap machine for 6 weeks and failed miserably ( chest infection and raised bp) and happened upon a thing you fasten to your back a la quasimodo! It keeps him on his side - no sleep apnoea and no snoring hth

I ordered the air max ones after reading this thread. They do work, they hold my nostrils open and I can breathe much better, it feels a little strange to have plastic shoved up my nose but not painful.
