Boiling hot Bovril.

Not had that for years! 😋

HÆLTHEPAIN · 12/03/2025 22:24

Pepsi Max (caffeine free). I just love it. Satifies my sweet tooth most of the time.

Threads like this make me realise I have complete tunnel vision when I'm doing the food shop. Which isn't a bad thing for my bank account, but now I have a huge list of things to try on the back of this thread Grin

MedusaAndHerFavourites · 12/03/2025 22:28

Crumpet Thins with salted butter.

Asparagus with poached egg.

Montagnolo Affine cheese - just a little taste, on its own.

Fried mushrooms in 50% butter and 50%
Garlic oil. Grilled tomatoes. Salt flakes and chives.

Moier · 12/03/2025 22:33

Orange lucazade.

Delphiniumandlupins · 12/03/2025 22:33

Currently? Aldi Moroccan-inspired houmous.

Longley Farm cottage cheese. I don’t like cottage cheese but this stuff is delicious and addictive.

I'm with you on this, but I can only find it in Morrisons these days and I don't have one nearby 😫

Ophy83 · 12/03/2025 22:40

Crisps. Either Kent crisps (oyster and vinegar flavour) or brets (so many good flavours! Roast chicken or fromage de jura are probably my top 2)

Samandytimlucypeterolivia · 12/03/2025 22:41

The cookies and cream clusters from Sainsbury’s, very very moreish 🫣

IMustDoMoreExercise · 12/03/2025 22:42

Cashew nuts. It is so difficult to stop eating them but they say that you shouldn't eat too many.

I've just had some now.

Triakne · 12/03/2025 22:42

Another one in the fan club for Longley farm cottage cheese, so good! Thick and creamy

ODFOx · 12/03/2025 22:49

Belazu mixed nuts roasted with pecorino cheese and truffle.
Co-op shawarma flavoured crisps.
Corned beef hash breaded bites (I used to make and freeze them for fussy teen snacks. Now the last 2 have cleared off to uni I'm working my way through the frozen snacks and I'm addicted!).

esme19 · 12/03/2025 22:49

Sweet and salted popcorn
Mini eggs 😋

sazzaz1980 · 12/03/2025 22:51

Peach and Ginger CBD drinks
Gherkins
Baked sweet potatoes with tuna mayo

ZiggyZowie · 12/03/2025 22:51

Crunchy peanut butter on toast

3678194b · 12/03/2025 22:53

Ritz crackers! The little round ones that come in a box. No idea why but I could eat a whole box of them at one sitting!

Endofyear · 12/03/2025 22:54

Cheese on toast with chilli jam
Tomato sandwiches on white bread with butter and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes
Sainsbury's whipped feta dip with toasted pitta

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 12/03/2025 22:55

Those cookies from the bakery bit in M&S that were viral on TikTok - absolutely delicious. Also M&S, the truffle and olive oil crisps.

I’m not really a chocolate person but I am 100% committed to Mini Eggs, especially the orange version at the moment.

elliesmummy19 · 12/03/2025 22:56

Huligan honey mustard sauce pretzels. I discovered them from the vending machine where my daughter does swimming lessons. It’s my treat once a week when she’s swimming- a bag of these pretzels and a can of Vimto. I get pathetically excited about it 😂 I’m resisting the urge to buy some on Amazon because then it wouldn’t be a swimming lesson treat once a week anymore 😂

DoYouReally · 12/03/2025 23:02

Polish apple tarts and Polish apple cake.

Far superior than standard apple tarts and cakes. I don't even like desserts normally.
I'm not great at describing the difference but cinnamon and something else (not sure what) elevate it to a better level.

Tisfortired · 12/03/2025 23:04

Breadsticks dipped in Philly and sweet chilli sauce
cheez its dipped in sour cream and chive dip
candy floss grapes
Aldi salt and Chardonnay vinegar crisps
nerds clusters

WavyRavey · 12/03/2025 23:05

Kale, my husband bought a bag recently in the food shop and I can't put it down

AgileMadness · 12/03/2025 23:07

Wasabi peas.

toffeeappleturnip · 12/03/2025 23:08

Plain crisps which I then add my own salt and pepper mix to.
A few times a day for 4 days at the moment.

I wish I'd never discovered how delicious this is.
