What can I make with a tomato sauce

So we made a HUGE amount of tomato sauce with tomatoes from our garden. But I’m feeling we’re being a bit boring just using it as a pasta sauce or as a base for bolognaise (or lasagne). Does anyone have any suggestions for other meals we can use it in? TIA.

could you make it into some nice tomato soup e.g. cream of tomato soup or something?

Maybe Chicken Parmigiana
Could you it in a dish with some white fish and bake

Cubed potato and chopped onions and two garlic bulbs with tops chopped off. Olive oil and in a tray.

Cook in oven 20 minutes.

Take out hot garlic bulbs.

Put back in for another 20 minutes with a separate tray of chopped chicken breast (chopped small) and a handful of baby tomatoes.

When all cooked...

Push out the cooled roast garlic bulbs and add them to potato and onion tray. Make a hole in centre of potato onion garlic tray and add the cooked chicken and tonatoes and heated tomato sauce.

Serve as a tray bake and top with Aoali- I love the Leon smoked garlic aoali which I get from sainsburys.

Also if you have a pizza oven in spring when weather is nice the sauce will make the best pizza sauce

Amazing, Patatas Bravas, Puttanesca, Curry... I think the list of what you can't chuck tomato sauce in would be shorter!

Make a Sicilian style pasta by adding fried aubergines to the tomato sauce.
Or
Warm the sauce in a shallow pan, the add fish such as sea bass, fresh tuna or swordfish steaks, cod etc to cook in the sauce. Add other flavours such as olives, capers, chopped gherkins, thinly sliced peppers. Serve with rice or tagliatelle or bucatini.
Or
Briefly fry lambs liver in a shallow pan, add tomato sauce and heat until it bubbles and the liver is cooked to your taste. Serve with tagliatelle or broad noodles.
Or
Use the tomato sauce as a base for goulash.
Or
Use the tomato sauce as a base for gazpacho.

Many of the Mexican dishes that I make, I use tomato sauce. Italian dishes too of course. I make Enchilada sauce using tomato sauce and you can make many dishes with beans, meat, cheese and tortillas using that. Just to switch it up a bit from Italian.

Shakshuka - warm it up in a pan with browned onions, garlic, cumin, coriander & peppers. Once it’s bubbling & hot, make a “well” with a spoon and crack in some eggs. Put a lid on top and serve with sprinkled dill & fresh mint and crumbled feta. Squeeze a lemon over the top, salt & pepper to taste.

Porcupine Meatballs.
I like adding pinapple too.

Baked beans cooked in sauce.

Chicken Cacciatore

Bake whole fish in sauce (Mediterranean style) with added chunks of onions, cloves, capers and lemons etc.

Cold roast lamb sandwiches with sauce and buttered fresh bread.

Add to pasta & meatballs.
Add to chicken nachos with sour cream dip.

Second that
I've used left over chorizo in it before which worked well too

Shakshuka; rajma (Indian kidney bean curry); chili; jollof rice and other variations on tomato rice; minestrone or tomato soup; some Georgian stews are heavily tomato-based and very tasty; ratatouille; homemade ketchup.
