Quick but filling packed lunch foods?

I'm after some recommendations for packed lunch foods that would be quick to eat, while still being filling. No nuts as it is for school, but DS will eat absolutely anything. He currently is going through a teenage hollow leg phase!

It is for my DS2, who is 13. Due to various SEN, he is a very slow eater most of the time, but has a lunchtime club on Thursdays which he loves & we have to be careful what we pack or he will spend the whole hour eating & not join in the (paid for!) activity.

He is also very skinny & I think on the 4th centile maximum for weight, so I try to feed him as many calories as I can. (Doctors are aware of his weight & not worried).

I was thinking flapjacks & protein shakes but stumped beyond that?

Sausage rolls. The medium sized ones, send two and he can have one at break and one at lunch.

Crackers and babybels? Again, he can eat bits at different times.

Refried bean and cheese wraps?

Filled pasta or gnocchi and sauce in a flask
Nutritionally dense wraps: hummus + avocado + cheese + ham + salad, or breakfast wraps
Nori wraps - rice, tuna or chicken, cucumber, pepper
Bean chilli in a flask

Add some pepperoni or cocktail sausages, babybel, or breadsticks and dip on the side to bulk it out

You can get a decent amount of calories in a sandwich
Cheese and pickle
Tuna with mayo
Make a cheese savoury one - Cheese, onion, mayo, maybe a bit of grated carrot
Bagels can be pretty calorific - pastrami, cheese, mustard, mayo, pickles

Thank you, I knew there would be some good ideas on here. I will do a big shop later & make sure to put a few different bits in, it has become all too easy to just grab the same stuff & it's not working now!

Rice salad (if it can be kept cool), cous cous salad. Quiche, pasty, anything wrapped in pastry.

If you can find a suitably sized thermal bottle could you make milkshakes?
If you made them with whole milk, even a bit of cream, and berries there would be lots of calories. Might be easier than food.

I did wonder about this, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to do without mess & spillage. He often has a milkshake likr this when he gets home from school, just at the moment seems unable to get through the school day without being very hungry! Teenage boys!

In the end, I have bought some protein shakes & will send him with one of those this week plus perhaps some quiche & a flapjack for snack, as well as salad & fruit.
