Toilet in Downstairs Cupboard

Has anyone put a downstairs toilet in a cupboard or under the stairs?

It will be tiny and the minimum width (I think) to get planning permission is 70cm, which is what we will have to go with.

If so, is the small space ok?

Any photos would be appreciated!

Thanks everyone.

I won't need a toilet and sink combo, although had looked into that previously, as it's actually a wide space so the toilet can go on the left wall and the sink on the right.

It's the depth of the room at 70cm that's the issue, so I wondered if it will feel really claustrophobic, with walls either side of you, when you're sat on the loo?

I suppose it's no narrower than a public toilet cubicle! X
