Do you find it easy to eat your 5 potions of fruit and veg daily?

I have a yoghurt bowl for breakfast each day with at least 3 portions of fruit in (usually strawberries, raisins, raspberries and banana chips)

Then I’ll have around two portions of veg with whatever I’m having for dinner e.g. mixed salad and corn on the cob with a burger or green beans and carrots with cheesy pasta.

I think I’d really struggle if I ate my five portions individually, though!

Banana chips aren't the same as plain dried banana. They're often fried rather than just dried, and are coated in sugar.

I think if the option is eating a mars bar or some dried fruit then the less processed dried fruit that has fibre and vitamins in it wins. My nieces and nephews hate dried fruit so they clearly don't think it's 'basically sweets'.

Sure, some carrot sticks might be 'better' than dried fruit but someone who is choosing between raisins and carrot sticks and sometimes going with the raisins is not going to register on the bad diet scale. A wide mix of foods and ways of preparing that food is good for you.
