Posting for traffic as I'm panicking.
I have osteoarthritis in my knees and my left knee has suddenly locked, I cant straighten it, I am in bed and I think I must have twisted it when I turned over.
I can't stand up as it's locked bent and hurts to try to weight bear on it. I've tried gradually 'forcing' it to straighten, I've tried massaging and gently manipulating it, not helped. I'm trying to relax it now to see if that helps
It's something mechanical that's locked inside the knee joint.
I don't know what to do
I need to go for a pee
I have to be up early to go to work tomorrow
I can't get off my bed
I'm home on my own
It was fine earlier
Any suggestions please
