6 year old wants to know everything and never stops asking questions

My 6 year old is very curious about how the world works and asks a constant stream of questions which is totally exhausting. He doesn't focus on one particular topic so I can clue up on one area ready for his questions. He asks about anything and everything and most of the time I don't know the answer. Do other kids do this? How do I deal with it?

For Christmas I got him some books on the solar system, explaining how various household appliances work, sea life and he loves them but it's not enough.

I am obviously glad that he takes an interest in the world and is curious about the way things work but his constant questions are exhausting. Topics we have had recently have been what are all the mountains in the world called, how do mountains form. Why do the Chinese count the years differently to us and why do we have AC and BC years. What is in the centre of the planet and will anyone ever to able to touch it.
How do I keep up with the constant questions and explain these things in an appropriate way?

My dd is like this. She’d ask me loads of questions and I had no clue. So I told her I don’t know, you go find out and let me know. Now she looks it up herself using books and google 😁

Kids are exhausting. My 9 year old has pretended to be a monster today and narrated her entire day in 3rd person 😂
