Like a Stanley cup but not steel

Any recommendations for a drinks bottle the size & lid style of a Stanley but plastic (BPA free) as steel makes the liquid too cold?

Surely the liquid is only as cold as you put it in? It doesn’t actually make it any colder, just keeps the temp?

I like room temperature water, I don't want it kept cold.

Yes but if you just put room temp water in it then it won't get magically colder, it will stay room temp.

Put in room temp water is stays room temp.

I see I'm cross- posting with everyone else 😆

Perhaps my taps don't run at room temperature then & I feel there's a weird taste in the steel bottles.

I do notice that water from my kitchen cold tap is a lot colder in winter. In summertime it's definitely more room temp.

So you want your drinking water to "warm up"?
I'm sure I've seen large plastic bottles in Penneys/Primark.... not sure if they're bpa-free though. Also maybe look for glass bottle? (I'm not brave enough for glass, but a friend has one).

@BringOnFebBankHoliday yes, normally I fill up a plastic bottle from the tap in the morning at work or home & then drink it throughout the day. Presumably it warms up somewhat throughout the day.

Bit scared of glass but that may be the best solution.
