SW have lots of recipes online for free so you could just look there. You don't get given the recipes as part of the membership as such, it's a diet plan but you put the ingredients together in the way that suits you.

I started vegan slimming world last about a week and a half ago. They've had a free joining offer on so it's £6 a week. If you do online there are discount codes in a few magazines out at the moment. The free joining one I got was a flash offer on their website. With the membership you get an app which has a barcode scanner so you can see how everything fits with the plan. There are some foods you can eat without measuring until your comfortably full. Then you get healthy As which are calcium based. You get two of those. The only cheese on there is vegan babybel. I drink oat milk and there's lots of that. You get one healthy B. That's fibre. Things like wholemeal bread or Weetabix. Then syns are foods that are less healthy and you can have up to 15 a day (or more if you're over a certain size or a man). I think it's worth joining because the list in the book is quite generic eg seitan, Quorn but the app you can look up really specific information and check. There is also a recipe database and if you explain you're vegan it's filtered to only show vegan recipes. There's also cook books. You can get all the recipes on the app but I bought a vava vegan one with lots of recipes in which was about £5 and it's really good.

Thanks that's really helpful,so slimming world is £6 a week on line ,and weight watchers have an offer on at £6 a month for a year .
So I'm leaning towards weight watchers at the moment.
But I'm going to spend today getting info on both

@Marvinmoose sorry it's £6 a week in person. I find it really helpful going to a group. Online is expensive but cheaper if you get a discount offer. Basic difference is weight watchers is calorie counting related. I think all the food has points although I've never been because it's not an approach that suits me as I have PCOS and struggle to feel full at times . There's quite a few online comparison studies. Also you can sign up to a free 7 day example slimming world menu and there's a vegan version. Although it didn't really explain fully how it all worked just enough to give you an idea of a menu you could have

I'm looking for on line if I join
I will have a look for an on line comparison between the two ,maybe utube will have something

My friend runs a SW group and she is Vegan herself. It's totally fine and still works.

SW is pretty straightforward to follow but agree with getting the app & book

loads of recipes and the app has a daily diary you can track your food

Can’t comment on ww as didn’t explore it in detail as the points seemed over complicated
