Emma mattress - any good?

I need to replace my mattress and wondering if Emma is the way forward. My husband is a big man and I need one that will support him and not sag over time. I'd like a medium firm and my friends really like their Emma mattress but when I helped them move it felt very flimsy so I'm not sure. Any other suggestions would be welcome!

Ours was fine for the first 6m . Now dipped both sides. A ' hump' ( no pun Intended) in the middle.
They refused to change it .
My back is now worse than ever.

I got the hybrid mattress in the Xmas sales. It's far too soft for me and dips in the middle. Customer service has been terrible. Has taken over 3 weeks to get a non-bot email response and they're wanting photo evidence of the issues. I have little faith that it will be collected and refunded any time soon. The trust pilot reviews have been very poor recently.

I've had mine for about 10 months. It was rated highly by Which. However the sides are definitely going even though I turn it regularly.
It's not supportive at all - not great if you like to sit up to read or watch tv. It feels both too hard and too soft at the same time!
When I called to say it wasn't very comfortable, they said they were out of their free comfort toppers and had no idea if they were getting them in again, and were pretty unhelpful.

But my biggest gripe is it is meant to be a small double size but it's substantially smaller than my kids' small double mattresses to the point that there is a noticeable gap between the mattress and bed frame. I didn't notice at first but it does feel like a right con - you expect the mattress to actually be the size it's described as!
So all in all, no I wouldn't recommend and would not buy the brand again!

Haha I felt the same, we have a super king and it came in a 'small' box. But it is a fantastic mattress.

Really pleased I decided not to go with an Emma mattress according to these reviews.

I have not heard anything good about Emma, but we have Simba mattress and it's absolutely wonderful. I love getting into bed and I hate getting up ☺️

Looking at this Emma mattress too. Which mattress did you go for in the end and would you recommend it?

I have one and I love it. So does my partner.

I have the hybrid one. It is horrendous, like sleeping on a brick. They sent me a 'topper'to improve it- utter shite. I had to buy a thick topper and now its OK.

The best mattress I've ever slept on is Hotel Contract Beds Panache. Christ knows why I didn't just buy that.

I should probably add, look on trustpilot.

I've had the foam one for around 4 years and have no complaints about it. But the customer service is beyond appalling! They make out that it’s so easy to return items or exchange but I’ve never been made to jump through more hoops than with this company. So I’d say to avoid it on that basis alone.

My issue was with a mattress cover that didn’t and still doesn’t properly fit the mattress.
