How to turn printed photos into a book?

Any suggestions ? I know I could photograph them then add from my phone but unsure how the quality will be ?
I've got personalised photo calendars from years and would love to collate them all into one. I côtoient scan them as they're all printed as different sizes on a page.

Speak to a bookbinder or look up how to do basic bookbinding yourself?

Is a good old fashioned photo album not an option?

If you really want them printed on a page you're best to go into a printers (or photo shop if they still exist) where they will do a high quality scan, resize and print.

You could scan them and then just cut each image out in the software. If you have a local print shop they may be able to do a high res scan for you

Scrapbook might be a nice option

I've used different companies over the years to create calendars so although the images are somewhere on the computer, it would take months to collate them all. But I've at least 12 calendars with obv 12 months each. So that's 144 pages with multiple photos on each page.
To put in a traditional album they would all need cutting out and they're various sizes too.

I have scanned old photos myself and made booked using Snapfish. You can get a decent scanner on Amazon - Epson for about 90.
