Haven't left the house in 5 days - friend wants to meet, what should we do?

Ok, realised it's crazy I haven't left the house in 5 days, but... I work from home and the weather has been shit 🤧
Friend wants to meet tonight and honestly, I can't be bothered to get dressed up, but know it will be good for me. Can anyone suggest what we can do? We're both awful at making decisions.

seriously OP don’t underestimate how good fresh air is for you. Stick headphones on, a podcast and go for a walk. Even if it’s 20 mins. Even if it’s… gasp… cold
