What can I do with a bunch of clementines

That are going towards being a bit shrivelled and dry. They're not too bad so I can eat a few but no one else wants them.
Anyone have any recipe ideas for using them up please?

Nigellas boiled Clementine cake?

Make nigella’s clementine cake
if you Google the recipe it will come up - you need eggs, sugar, ground almonds, baking powder and a springform tin
its amazing

Definitely Nigellas clementine cake! It’s delicious!

Marmalade, though delicious, sounds like too much effort for me.
Clementine cake sounds nice. I'll search for a recipe without nuts due to allergies.

If you DON'T want to make Nigella's Clementine cake, give them to me and I will make it!

You could poach or carmelise them and eat them for pudding with cream or ice cream.

Also Nigella's clementine cake - so easy to make, delicious and keeps really well.

You can use gluten free flour or any fine flour instead of the almonds - the cake is worth it

Slice them up and make tea. A few slices of clementine and a star anise, boiling water. Leave for five minutes in the pot, and pour out with a strainer if you don't have a pot with a strainer basket in.

I like @SharpOpalNewt 's idea of clementine tea too. I know I have a soft satsuma in my fruit bowl - I wonder if it would work with that?

I boil oranges and clemantines and add blended to an basic sponge mix as I don't like nuts. I then caramelise some to put on top.
