Since Christmas Day I'm the proud owner of a medley of wax covered cheeses. By which I mean professionally covered cheeses for the purpose of waxular cheese preservation, not accidentally covered cheeses due to some terrible cheese-board/candle incident. By the end of my fromage voyage I’ll be the owner of a veritable big dollop of wax. It seems a shame to just bin the stuff. What uses can secondary cheese wax have? I'm thinking of mixing with wood shavings for firelighters.
