The best I can think of is some people might struggle to TARGET 994 (replace the last 4 letters of 994 with a Y)

I've managed to get closer, but missing the Target.

Starts with 3rd letter of 901 and the second letter of 901 is the same as the second letter of TARGET

And ends in last 3 letters of 460

Someone who is a good 957 must be good at TARGET(ing)
