What am I missing?

I've tried 792, 754, 729, 669, 249 and types of 965 and things in a 965. So frustrated. 283 guesses.

@MyrtleLion you need 729 on at least two things to show their TARGET

129 guesses i got 990 quite quickly then all my hits were lower

First two letters of 939, and last four. One letter longer. Very similar meaning.
