Same length as 476. Middle letter of TARGET is the same as the first letter of 476

@TickingAlongNicely I can't think of a suitable clue with those two words.
All I can say is that TARGET is one letter longer than 361, ends with the same letter as 361 and the first letter of TARGET is the penultimate letter of 361
