@TickingAlongNicely TARGET is one letter longer than 993, begins with the same first three letters of 991 and ends with the same four letters as 991.
You could say that if things are TARGET they could be 993

@InMySpareTime TARGET is two letters longer that 939 and begins with the same first five letters. It ends with the same four letters as 991

It's cryptic. So look at 993 and what part of it is a type of Vauxhall car. Take those letters out.

Then look at the second part and use mixed up crate. I struggled with this bit so googled words ending in the same 4 letters and went from there
