I do normally make them, last year i vowed to lose weight which i did, the year before i quit social media for a year, which i did.

This year my aim is to work on me, stop being a doormat, stop running round organising everyone else and basically don't get involved in things that really are not my issue.

This is such a good idea. Added to the list!

ive lost 4 and a half stone in 2024 and my goal is to keep it off for 2025.. losing it was easy, keeping it off is going to be the hard bit

I do things I want to do or achieve I did two out of 7 last year so kept the ones on my list and added a few more

  • ones I did was an introduction to massage course and go to pole fitness class
this year I have do full massage course, introduction to floristry course, complete C25K, do a body confidence shoot (have that booked so def one will be ticked off) get to a goal weight (stage 1 find it easier in smaller bits)

I don't. If I want to try a lifestyle change I do it for Lent, and donate savings in Lent to charity.

I choose ones for each month of the year. So for example, I haven't done this 2025's yet but it might be 10,000 steps a day in Jan, cook 5 new recipes in Feb etc.

I find these easier than all year ones, and my thinking is that they might individually start some better habits (like walking more) which continue beyond the specific month.

That’s a really good idea
