I'm absolutely convinced that the contraceptive pill was made by men, for men.

It's not good for women endocrinlogically to muck about with themselves for much of their reproductive life.

The 'male pill' is entirely possible, but never got wings.

Also condoms are a very reliable method of contraception, as is a vasectomy.

Obviously it's in women's best interest to prevent unwanted pregnancy. The most popular methods all seem to be about men's experience though.

Ditto about God. I don't understand how anyone with an ounce of intelligence can think that something can come from nothing. I think that atheists are in denial because they know if there is a God, they need to make a decision about how they're going to respond to him. And humans generally hate anything that impinges on their autonomy.

Being a SAHM puts you in great vulnerability. I know of several women who were/are SAHM and whose husbands have had multiple affairs or become abusive.

The women are often powerless as without their husbands aren’t able to financially support themselves.

Humans cannot change sex. Gender is a social construct - but biology, and biological features, characteristics, and advantages and limitations, are immutable.

There is no ethical or human way to kill an animal for meat or dairy consumption. But veganism isn't a magic answer, as that causes its own problems.

There is no way to exist on this planet without fucking it up in some way. The only thing we can do is try and be mindful of this, and try our best to minimise our impact if we can.

I had a quasi-religious upbringing (in that I went to a faith school and our family went to church on Sundays). Try as I might, I can't believe in God, or any other deity. I tend to want evidence of things, so that's where it falls over for me.

However I do feel slightly envious of people that derive purpose and strength from having their faith. I've always thought it must be comforting to feel that you have that bedrock in your life.
