Princess of Wales Carol Service... Wilf wrote to her about sign language access...

Last year at the Carol Service there was no sign language at all. Wilf wrote to The Princess of Wales and suggested it be included.. He got a lovely letter from her lady in waiting saying they would look into it... Fast forward to tonight and we have just seen a signer!!! Wilf is absolutely thrilled!!! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️

Great suggestion. A shame they did not have a part of the TV screen permanently on the signer so those watching at home could see her all the time.

Hi Lottie, love a Wilf update and what a fantastic idea of Wilf’s. My ds has a mild hearing impairment and every time I see adjustments for deaf people it lifts my heart. Merry Christmas!

@Sirzy yes I did the Elf Christmas countdown signing and I am part of the makaton club signing for Cracker too

I am teaching myself Makaton to help the young people I work with (while waiting for the proper course) and the Christmas signs you all did came in very useful!

@Sirzy you will better check out for better communication bristol one of my dear friend is a makaton tutor and she teach Makaton signing also another lady who I know we do strictly signing she is a makaton tutor too she will help with signing too
