I have autism and one of my big problems is nail biting and a skin picking disorder. It look horrendous and I frequently get really bad infections. One job I had a few years ago I had to leave as customers complained (a cafe)

What a shame 😢 I am always tempted to pick the skin near my nails, the only way I combat it is if I use loads of hand cream to keep the skin smooth. O'Keefes is excellent.

I wish I could stop I hate it but even if I managed to it’s damaged my nail beds so my actual nails are deformed. I am sure I even do it when I’m asleep as well as often wake to sore hands
