Any teachers who know the answer? Really stupid question about working hours

We have five one hour periods a day, plus twenty minute form time and twenty minute break. Lunch is forty minutes but unpaid (I think.)

I want to drop half a day, to work two and a half days rather than my current three. Would this be three hours?

It's not that straightforward
The 1265 annual full time directed hours includes ( in my school)
Pre- registration
Registration
5x 1hr teaching periods
Half hour lunch (lunch break is 40 mins, 5 mins at the start & end is included in directed time)
Time to cover parents evenings & faculty meetings after school

I have a complex spreadsheet that calculation teaching staff FTE as we have some odd requests (eg starting P2)

You need to work out what exactly you are giving up to calculate your pay.

To answer the question, teaching time was on the payslip - 32.5 hours a week so the breaks were paid. Parents evenings etc were split amongst the department to make it in line.
