40 minutes on hold to Virgin Media while they try to book an engineer to replace a TiVo box that went up in smoke (literally!) 2 weeks ago. Multiple calls to unhlepful staff in the meantime. Honestly, it would be easier to get a GP appointment...

Also GiffGaff. Tried to swap from EE. Nightmare. Massive buyers regret. You defintely get what you pay for.

But in the interest of fairness... First Direct and Octopus Energy are very much on my good list 😀

O2. Paid.for phone on 28 November with next day delivery and still not received it. The only reason I knew there was an issue was by Google. Understand the situation is out of their control but there has been no contact from them whatsoever. Yesterday I was told it could be February before my phone arrives. No compensation offered and my current phone only works when it's plugged in which defeats the purpose of a mobile. For a communication company their communication is beyond shit.
