Is it normal to feel cold all the time?

I don't just mean a little bit cold every now and then. I mean I'm always freezing. I'm at work inside an office, everyone else is just wearing normal clothes for this time of year, and we've got the heating on at an average temperature. I'm wearing tights, a pair of fleece lined leggings, a vest tucked in, a t shirt and a sweatshirt on top and all I can think about is how cold I am, to the point I'm physically uncomfortable. I'm like it in summer too, everyone else will be wearing shorts, tshirts, dresses etc and I would still be in jeans & a jumper feeling cold

I wonder if it's normal to feel like this or if it's just who I am and I'll feel like this forever. I've had blood tests done previously and always been told my thyroid function is normal

Always have been. I get into bed with the electric blanket on at every opportunity.

I feel cold when I'm in Spain in summer. I went on a holiday to Spain this year and last year, and I went in June. I was always cold when I was inside or in the shade, I was that cold I shivered, and I was cold in bed, I had a thin blanket over me in bed. The only time I was warm in Spain was when I was outside in the sun. I used to go on a holiday to Greece every summer until I moved out of my parents house and I don't remember ever being cold in Greece.

I also feel cold in winter (I've never been to Spain in winter, so I'm talking about in Scotland for winter because Scotland is the country I live in) I'm cold even when I wear a cardigan or a jumper.

I also have purple feet, I have since last summer and I went to the doctors about that 8 months ago, and then I went for a blood test and they found that my iron levels were high but they said that is not related to my purple feet, and they said that purple feet is a symptom of a disease called raynaud's, but they said that if you have raynaud's you usually have more symptoms like your feet being sore or sore to touch or sore when you walk but my feet are never sore, and they also said about your feet being cold, but it's not my feet that are cold, it's my body that's cold. As soon as they found that my iron levels were high, they gave me tablets to help lower my iron levels and they gave me the tablets you take if you have raynaud's to take for a month and they didn't work so it is probably not raynaud's I have. Being cold was/is not related to my iron levels either because I was still taking my iron tablets when I was away on holidays this year and I was just as cold on holidays this year as I was on holidays last year.

I also went to London two years ago with my mum and my sister. I went in November but it was 12 degrees and I felt cold when I was outside. When we were at the airport on our way home the heating was on at the airport and my mum said she was too hot, and she said that when we were in car going home after we got off the plane, she would have the window open in the car and she did have the window open, and I was cold. I couldn't wait to get home and get my heating on, I'm also warm with the heating on.
