If you had a surgical face lift, do you regret it?

I'm starting to really feel insecure about my aging face. Eyelids sagging, frown lines, mouth lines and my mouth is turning downwards into an unhappy face.

Tell me honestly, was it worth it?

Anybody go to Turkey go get theirs? Been looking at clinics there and they are waaaay cheaper than the UK.

It's your face. Don't!!

Only the best surgeon you can afford in this country.

One thing to not cheap out on is plastic surgery. A good surgeon here will be about 12-15k for a very good face-lift. Go to Turkey and you could come back looking even more horrendous or with ears on your cheeks like Katie Price has done from her latest face lift out there.

If you hate your face now, you may end up having it even more if they butcher you like a lot of people have been out there. And you won't get much sympathy from the NHS when they have to pick up the pieces here.

Katie price has been going to Turkey to get work done on her face for the last decade because after facelift number 8 plastic surgeons here would refuse to work on her, apparently not a problem in Turkey. You just need to take a look at her face to see the lack of ethical standards.

Well no, because I've already been thinking about it for 18 months. I don't have a skin care routine, again, this is ND. I hate the creams and things.

Thanks anyway, but I didn't ask for advice on skin care or whether my ND feelings are valid. I asked if people regretted getting a surgical face lift.

having a skincare routine is not NT. if you don’t look after your skin you’ll be wasting money on a facelift

If you're feelings around this are so linked with your ND then you maybe need to speak specifically to people who are ND who have had facelifts?

A load of NT people telling you they loved it isn't going to be all that helpful if you believe your feelings about your face are ND driven.
