Family of 3 2 adults dc1 dc 4 dc 7....spend roughly 100 per week on main shop (groceries, cleaning products etc) and maybe a top up shop of 20. Have to do dc7 packed lunches too. It's not enough for us. How much is yours? We have nappies in that too and laundry powder etc

2 adults, and (5yo) DS. We're averaging around £250/week at the moment. Used to be closer to £200, but we're trying to prioritise buying organic where possible, and it's just expensive. That does also include feeding our two (large breed) dogs.

2 adults and 1 DD - £150 per week, sometimes more. Excluding alcohol, household items, toiletries. I shop at Natoora, Whole Foods, Waitrose, F&M / Harrods Food Hall, Bayley & Sage.

2 adults, 1 pre-schooler and a toddler - £130 per week. Excludes toiletries, nappies, household cleaning, meat and fish. We don't buy alcohol. However we do have allergy requirements in the house which drives up the cost.

We probably spend another £100-150 per month buying those elsewhere.

I’ve found prioritising provenance over organic to be a much safer bet for quality. If it isn’t European, I avoid. This means I’m more seasonal but everything tastes of food and not bland.

I am spending £170 per week at the moment. 2 adults 3 teens. No idea how because we hardly buy any booze, don't buy ready meals and only eat meat once a week. What's going on?

I adult, one hollow legged teen, currently £50 a week. In addition DS has school lunches.

I cook from scratch and I don't buy brands or alcohol. We eat a lot of veg, meat, dairy and fish, but no sweets, crisps or canned drinks.
