Would you apply for VR if you were 6 months away from your pension age, were going to get a payoff of 9 months' salary with 6 months tax free, would leave 6 weeks before you could draw your workplace and state pension which combined would give you £16,000 a year less than you earn but put you in a lower tax bracket and a tax free lump sum on top of that? And that you wouldnt be paying travel costs, union costs and pension contributions or NI? And if your mortgage was paid off and you didn't have any debts?

I love/hate my job
I love/hate being at home
I love/don't have hobbies and interests
