My baby keeps getting this rash... i always leave his nappie off for a while when i change him, i took him to the doctors 3 times about the same rash they gave me daktacort, who doesn't do nothing anymore. sudocreme won't work, not even metanium. i tried bepantene and no help as well. what could this be? always coming back at least once a month 😭 and yes i clean him as soon as he has a poop so he doesn't stay unclean or with a full nappy.

Have you tried changing the brand of nappies you use?

If you think it's more than nappy rash then you need to speak to a pharmacist or a GP and ask for treatment. Id suggest removing the photo.

Can you keep the nappy off a little bit each day? See if that helps?
Other things I'd think about is when is it happening - would changing more regularly help? Could it be related to something they are eating? Is it the wipes you are using?

It could be yeast infection that will clear up easily with some cream from gp. They tend to be slightly 'wet' looking or shiny rather than dry if that makes sense? Worth a check because if it is it will clear up quickly
