Ds is 9 . He's in year 5 . He has autism and learning difficulties. He has an ehcp , a TA sits with him all the time . He's small for his age . Another child in his class . Keeps saying to him why are you on the climbing frame . Your in year 3. It's not your turn . And asking why can't he do anything by himself.

He doesn't want me to talk to the teacher. So I'm not sure what to do .

I might have a quiet FYI comment to the teacher to keep an eye out where DS can't see it's happening, if it's happening multiple days already it's not going to stop without some intervention.

Where is his one to one, do they not hear similar comments?

Could you rehearse a response with him?
