Pretzels
Mini cheddars
Peparami sticks
Nature valley bars
Fridge raiders

We also do breadsticks with hummus

We always have in the house:

Crackers
Cheese
Paté
Fruit
Yoghurt
Bread
Eggs
Peanut butter

So cheese and crackers, or fruit and yoghurt or something on toast or a sandwich are always available options.

Occasionally I buy more snacky things. Crisps, mini pork pies, chicken satay sticks etc but when they're gone they're gone.

I don't "serve" snacks. They can get whatever they want from cereal, rice cakes, malt loaf, fruit, crisps, olives, salami, cold chicken, toast, ice pops...

Ds2 inhales noodles and would happily exist on that with a crunchy apple and some hot chocolate.

Ds1 is proficient in a variety of reheating sausage rolls and other freezer crap, tortellini pasta and sauce, peanut butter crumpets.

I don’t do packed lunches on principle, but after school, a big plate of chopped up veg on the table for snacking is a hit (carrot, cucumber, baby tomatoes, snap peas), also forces them to eat veg instead of shit. A cut up whole melon is similar.

Toast with whatever toppings. Mine seem to love cream crackers with butter and raisins, which sounds really boring to me, but fine.

Banana bread, I make somewhat often because we always have a mushy banana somewhere. Dippy egg. If I’m feeling really fancy, I’ll make sausage rolls and my secondary school age one really likes those. Same with tuna, mayo and sweetcorn pasta or pesto pasta.

Baby bells

Rice cakes - aldi do fab big choc covered ones or grab the big plain ones and spread peanut butter on

Baby cucumbers - they grab and eat whole

Bananas
Apples

Crisps and mini cheddars

Tortillas with salsa dip

Carrot sticks, strips of peppers, cucumber sticks - they live to nibble on a plate full. Sometimes add a pot if salsa or guac dip there

I seem to have spent the last 18 years making quesadillas, so those...
