Long haul flight - disposable pants?

Hi - I have a (very) long haul flight tomorrow night and am in the middle of my period. Also tend to have quite heavy periods. I really can’t face having to change multiple tampons or pads in some awful airplane loo. Has anyone tried wearing disposable pants in a similar situation and, if so, how long did you go without changing them?

In particular, Always now have Tenalady-style disposable pants specifically for periods (www.amazon.co.uk/Always-Overnight-Disposable-Underwear-Leakproof/dp/B08VCJS1MX) but just need some reassurance they won’t leak and I’m not being gross!

For my postpartum bleeding I put two maternity pads (one at the back one at the front) inside a pair of always incontinence pants and it was great. They’re not that bulky but they do make a bit of a noise. Maybe wearing normal pants on top would shush them a bit!

I have very heavy periods and use a mooncup. Recently flew in day 2 of my period. I have to change it every 2 hours max on that day..I was up and down to the toilet a lot but it was ok. Period pants as well.

bee49 blows my mind too, I could never go more than 2 hours without emptying my cup!

I would definitely go with the tena pants, even the daytime absorbency can hold over half a litre, no leaking through that unless something is very, very wrong
