I'm guessing you mean you or a friend has a BF who is living with you/them, paying nothing towards food and bills and not giving you/them any sex, as that's what a cocklodger is. Seeing as the CL has no claim on the property it should be easy to kick them out and take the MN advice of calling the police if they kick off.
