November health challenge

Thinking about setting myself monthly health challenges , giving up alcohol/sugar etc for a month or something exercise based with the view that a month is quite achievable and would hopefully lead to a healthier life!

Thinking of starting tomorrow with no bread for November.

Any other suggestions or anyone in with me??

I was thinking 100 squats a day in November. I can't remember which charity were promoting this as a challenge, might gave been cancer research

Or my favourite small change behaviour is around osteoporosis risk reduction

Other great things to do are hydrate well, get 7-8 hours sleep a night and get 20-30 mins of fresh air and daylight a day.

Personally, my aim is to continue to reduce my UPFs because I find that helps massively reduce my snacking. I'm actually in my healthy weight range now. Good luck @livingonhomemadesoup

Have a walk everyday. Don't scroll before bed for a better sleep.
